Counselling designed around you

A woman with long brown hair smiling outdoors with green trees and plants in the background.

Hi I’m Becki,

I am a Cardiff-based counsellor and a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) with 15 years’ experience as a mental health nurse.

I am skilled at providing compassionate support to people in distress. My integrative counselling approach means I can tailor therapy to you, doing more of what works for you and less of what doesn’t!

Choosing a therapist can feel overwhelming. To help you see if we are the right fit, I offer a free, no obligation, 30 minute initial telephone or online consultation.
